Turn Your Files Into a Presentation in Minutes

Ever wondered I wish someone else could create this presentation for me. Well, here is prompt that can create a presentation in minutes

Claude Cowork when connected to the PowerPoint connector is a different mode entirely. You point it at your folder, which has your files and give it the goal of creating a ppt. You can walk away and you will come back to a finished presentation. No copy pasting, no reformatting. Definetly no two hours of your life disappearing into creating slide layouts. You need the Claude desktop app, a paid plan starting at Pro, and the Powerpoint connector installed.

THE PROMPT
I need you to create a [PRESENTATION] from the files
in the folder you are currently connected to named [FOLDER NAME].

Before you start, read through all the files carefully. Understand the
project, product, or topic deeply. Do not make any changes to the files.
Read only.

Once you have read everything, ask me these questions:

1. Who is the audience and what do they already know about this topic?

2. What is the single most important thing they should walk away
   remembering? One sentence only.

3. What tone?
   a) Boardroom sharp - authoritative, no fluff, every word earns its place
   b) Founder storytelling - personal, honest, shows the thinking behind
      the decisions
   c) Consultant clarity - structured argument, evidence-led, measured
   d) Something else - describe it

4. What should this feel like visually?
   a) Minimal and confident - lots of white space, one idea per slide,
      strong single statements
   b) Dense and thorough - tables, data, detail, built to be read carefully
   c) Bold and opinionated - big claims, short punchy lines, designed
      to provoke a reaction
   d) Something else - describe it

5. Are there any words, phrases, or styles I want to avoid?
(e.g. no bullet points, no corporate jargon, no passive voice)

6. How many slides?

7. Any sections that must be included?

Once I answer, build the complete [presentation / document] with these
rules:

- Never use filler phrases like "In conclusion", "It is important to note",
  or "As we can see"
- No slide should have more than one main idea
- Headlines should be statements or questions, never labels
(e.g. "We lost 30% of users in Q3" not "User Retention")
- Every slide must be able to stand completely alone without verbal
  explanation
- Write like a human who has a point of view, not like a report
- Add speaker notes that explain the thinking behind each slide,
not just a repeat of what is on the slide
- Do not use any emdash in the content within the presentation,
Replace all emdash with proper punctuation like comma or period
- Never start a sentence with the conjunction
- Ensure the sentence does not follow a standard subject-verb-object structure, and ensure they have creative deviations in grammatical structure.

Save as [.pptx] in the same folder.
